1. Data Controller

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ( KVKK ), your personal data is processed by Mersi Pırlanta as the data controller.

Name, surname, phone number, email address, delivery and billing address, transaction data related to payment information, IP information, and website usage data.

(“Company”) as the “Data Controller” within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law (“Law ”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform (“Communiqué”) .

The Turkish National Identity Number (TCKN), name, surname, gender, date of birth, wedding anniversary, mobile phone number, email address, address information, shopping information, campaigns and coupons used, type of device used, IP address, membership information (if applicable), and ring size data that you have provided to our company are processed in accordance with the Law and relevant legislation, either wholly or partially automatically or through non-automatic means as part of a data recording system.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is used for the following purposes: providing our products and services; promoting, diversifying, and improving our products and services; providing after-sales support services; communicating with you regarding the products and services you have received/will receive; carrying out membership procedures and allowing you to benefit from membership rights; answering questions regarding customer records; conducting new product studies; offering customers the opportunity to resell products; ensuring a certain quality standard; fulfilling our obligations undertaken pursuant to the contracts we have concluded with you; conducting marketing and analysis studies; conducting studies tailored to your specific preferences and interests; carrying out advertisements and displays; creating invoice and accounting records; managing product and service loyalty processes; managing customer relationship management processes; conducting activities aimed at customer satisfaction; monitoring and evaluating your requests, suggestions, and complaints; conducting advertising, promotion, and marketing processes; improving user experience through our website; carrying out electronic and other commercial-social communications for membership applications if you give your consent (including Meta and Google platforms, SMS and WhatsApp communication activities); and conducting analysis and internal reporting activities. Data may be processed for the purposes of ensuring transaction security and fulfilling our legal and statutory obligations.

PARTIES TO WHOM YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND THE PURPOSES OF TRANSFER

Your personal data may be shared with our business partners, suppliers, affiliates, shareholders, group companies, auditing firms, payment institutions, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and legally authorized private legal entities located domestically and internationally, in accordance with the fundamental principles of the Law and within the scope of the "Purposes of Processing Personal Data" listed above.

METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  • It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations.

  • Data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

We inform you that in cases where the personal data processing conditions listed above are not met, the explicit consent of customers has been obtained for personal data processing activities, and no processing activity is carried out without explicit consent.

EXPLICIT CONSENT

Your personal data is processed within the scope of this Privacy Notice. Where my explicit consent is required, I agree to the processing of my personal data in accordance with the principles stated in this Privacy Notice and to its transfer to third parties specified in this Notice.
